Pigment responds to two things working together: something that resurfaces, and something that repairs. Using one without the other is how most people stall — or worse, damage their barrier and watch the pigmentation rebound.
Start with the toner.
Texture and congestion respond fastest to controlled exfoliation. Three nights a week to begin, and always follow with SPF the next morning — non-negotiable with any acid.
Start with the moisturiser. Only.
Reactive, tight or compromised skin does not need an acid yet. Rebuild the barrier for four to six weeks first. Add the toner later, if at all — and we'd rather tell you that now than sell you both today.

Ask us directly01 Can I use the toner every night?
Not at first. Start with three nights a week. Once your skin stops stinging on application and you're not flaking, move to every other night, then nightly if it stays comfortable. 7% glycolic acid is a real dose — treat it like one.
And wear SPF the next morning. Every time.
02 Is this safe for acne-prone skin?
Generally yes. The niacinamide in both products helps regulate sebum without clogging, and neither formula is comedogenic. The toner exfoliates gently enough for most acne-prone routines.
If you're on prescription tretinoin, isotretinoin or benzoyl peroxide, message us on WhatsApp before you order — layering acids on top of those is how people end up with a damaged barrier.
03 Do I still need a separate sunscreen?
For most days out of the house, yes. SPF 15 in the moisturiser covers indoor light and short outdoor exposure. For a commute, a match, a beach day or anything over about twenty minutes in direct sun, layer a dedicated SPF 30+ on top.
We could have called it a sunscreen. It isn't one, so we don't.
04 How long until I see something?
Texture and glow: two to three weeks. Pigmentation and dark spots: six to twelve weeks, honestly. Anything promising faster than that on melanin-rich skin is either a bleaching agent or a marketing claim.
05 What does "formulated with France" actually mean?
It means our formulas are developed alongside French cosmetic chemists trained in the dermatological tradition that brands like Vichy and Avène built — then reworked for Pakistani conditions before manufacture.
It does not mean the bottle was filled in Paris. We're not going to imply that.
